Gel-X is a full-coverage soft gel extension service. Gel-X nail extensions are pre-formed to your preferred length and shape, the application process is quick and easy. Gel-X gives you the best of both worlds in that the extensions are strong and long lasting, but they can also be easily soaked off using acetone the way you would remove normal gel polish. Dip Powder is a nail dipping system that uses a brush-on gel base on the nail, which is then dipped in a powder. The powder comes in natural pink and white for a french manicure look, as well as a range of colors. We have over hundreds of colors to choose from.
Dip Powder is a very popular choice for multiple reasons. There are multiple aesthetic benefits of getting Dip Powder. It looks natural, and is thinner than other options like shellac and acrylic nails. It's more durable yet more flexible than traditional acrylics, and the powder provides more strength than many gels. Unlike shellac, Dip Powder doesn't require UV lights to bond it to the nail.
To remove Dip Powder, the surface is sanded off before the nails are soaked in acetone. You can maintain the nails for as long as you like, although we recommend getting a new set every two to three weeks depending on your lifestyle and the care of your nails.
